This form is to be used to book a kiddush to be held on the premises of Edgware United Synagogue. If you are in arrears with your membership subscription, please telephone the office before completing the form.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required on booking, with the balance payable no less than 2 weeks prior to the event. If the balance is not paid by the due date the event may have to be cancelled.
The only arrangements that will be recognised are those confirmed in writing on this booking form by the Synagogue office who will return a signed copy to the sponsor. Under no circumstances may food be brought onto or delivered to the Synagogue premises for use in the event, other than that supplied by the Synagogue in accordance with this booking.
Please note that in certain circumstances we may ask you if you are willing to share your kiddush.
Due to logistical reasons, we are not able to offer you the opportunity to sponsor a kiddush on the following dates: Shabbat before and during Pesach, Shabbat between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur; Any time during Succot.
